This week, our team presented updated proposals, new visuals and a phased delivery plan to councillors at West Lindsey District Council showing how a single, masterplanned redevelopment can protect Scampton’s unique aviation heritage while delivering long-term economic and community value.

What came through clearly in the discussion was the strength of shared ambition:

• Heritage at the centre: safeguarding the story of Scampton and creating a place that inspires future generations in defence, aerospace and innovation

• A credible phased plan: designed to unlock investment and benefits step-by-step, not through piecemeal development

• National relevance: with potential to contribute to strategic capability, skills and sovereign resilience, alongside significant local opportunity

With a disposal decision expected soon, we remain ready, alongside the Council and partners, to move at pace and secure a positive, lasting future for the site.
